An international financial institution with offices across the world. The company is expanding a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation, modernizing its IT landscape with a focus on cloud technologies, automation, and engineering excellence. Their technology stack includes Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, microservices, SQL Server, Java, etc.. We are supporting them  to expand their Engineering team with new members, helping them to recruit: Lead Full-Stack Java Developer

As a key member of the team, you will have the leading role in the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications built with Java (SpringBoot) and Angular, leveraging a microservices and micro-frontend architecture. You will lead a team of 10+ Specialists – Software Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.

Key requirements for the role:

• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Extensive experience with Java /Spring Boot/JavaScript, TypeScript /Angular/;
• At least 9-10 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer;
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and TDD;
• Previous experience in a leadership role;
• Deep understanding and knowledge of SDLC, software architecture, and design principles;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and APIs
• Experience with Azure;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
