About the role:

As a Business Analyst in our Revenue Operations team, you will be a core part of driving revenue intelligence and insights as well as operational excellence across our growing commercial organization. Your insights will power tactical and strategic decisions and support frontline execution in myPOS growing international markets.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business performance and pipeline trends using HubSpot CRM, our Data Lake, and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting dashboards and performance metrics to support executive leadership and departmental + field stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive business predictability, analytical insights, and go-to-market effectiveness.
• Develop and evolve data models and perform cohort, funnel, KPI and retention analyses to support merchant and revenue growth and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies, or data quality issues, and proactively drive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering, BI and CRM teams to ensure strong data governance and analytics infrastructure.
• Assist in the preparation of board and executive-level presentations with data-driven insights.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing and margin optimization, sales force productivity, and multi-channel execution in core markets.

What You Bring:

You are a curious, structured thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to deliver insights and solve real business problems. You are comfortable navigating between strategy and execution, strive to understand the business deeply, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Insights role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM system), including reporting, automation, and data structure.
• Advanced skills in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data lakes, and data pipelines; SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to distil complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, finance, product, and data teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
