Role Overview:
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of our internal systems and enterprise applications. You will be involved in backend development tasks, integration projects, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Application Development: Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and modern frameworks.
System Architecture: Participate in the design of scalable and maintainable enterprise-grade systems.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Owners to deliver robust solutions.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application performance.
Integration: Ensure smooth integration with external and internal systems using REST APIs, messaging queues, etc.
Support & Maintenance: Investigate and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications.
What We Expect From You:
Java Proficiency: Strong experience in Java SE/EE and frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Database Knowledge: Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or similar tools.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Team Player: Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
English Proficiency: Confident communication in English.
