The Bulgarian team is growing and together with them, we are looking for an experienced professional in Project Execution who can join them as a: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

The Technical Project Manager plans and coordinates all aspects of specific IT projects from inception to delivery. His/her responsibilities include:

• Planning, assignment, monitoring and following up on project resources and budget;
• Facilitation of work estimation and delivery deadlines;
• Planning and implementing IT monitoring, alerting and observability strategies in the company;
• Risk management and escalate critical issues to key stakeholders;
• Coordination with customers and external resources in terms of successful project completion;
• Management of changes within the scope, budget and schedule.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business and Management or relevant specialty;
• At least 2 years of direct professional experience in IT Project Management / Coordination;
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and a good understanding of ITIL / ITSM principles;
• Good knowledge and experience in IT projects, services, and software delivery processes as well as in the preparation of IT technical procedures and processes;
• Some experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Elastic Stack, Dynatrace or relevant), Linux, JBoss, IT Performance metrics, logs, and alerts;
• Excellent people management experience and leadership skills;
• Proven record of verbal and written communication and organizational skills are essential to success;
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm;
• Very good command of English (written and verbal, at least B2 level).
