We are currently looking for an attentive and motivated individual to join our team. As a Business Application Analyst, you will collaborate with technology and business professionals to identify and document requirements, solve issues and ensure quality and customer satisfaction with projects delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and applying techniques for collecting and defining user requirements – interviews, work sessions, document analysis, analysis of existing systems;
• Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, organization, schedule and overall approach;
• Working with various tools for creating business models, modeling business processes and data models;
• Defining software specifications for business applications to meet business requirements;
• Creating user stories, process flows & wireframes;
• Working closely with the team developing relevant services/solutions;
• Assisting in creating UAT test cases that cover basic business scenarios;
• Training the business side testers on the functionality of the application or the IT systems that are developed;
• Providing guidance on application behavior and identifying scenarios that will be suitable for testing;
• Holding regular meetings with the Product Owner and Project Manager to validate and possibly update the backlog of the sprints;
• Actively working with Business Owners to optimize processes and practices;
• Playing the role of a bridge between business applicants and the development team;
• Assisting in the selection of appropriate testers by the Business to conduct UAT;
• Working with the Project Manager to manage the scope of projects and assisting in identifying change requests;
• Configuring out-the-box SharePoint solutions, forms and workflows, etc.;
• Conducting user training and implementation of new functionalities.

We’re looking for a specialist with:

• 1+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in software development
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Good understanding of the stakeholders’ perspective – their concerns and challenges about the business needs and project requirements;
• Ability to create transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the product;
• Ability to develop project documentation, write gap analysis and business specifications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, both in English and Bulgarian; speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technology teams;
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm and persistence;
• Experience with Agile methodology;
• Willingness to work with different technologies and innovative tools;
• Professional appearance and business behavior;
• Team player attitude.

• Official certification in BA;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis on technology.
