Currently, we are supporting them in finding a qualified professional for the position of: CLOUD DEVOPS LEAD (MS AZURE)

The DevOps Lead’s responsibilities will include leading teams and overseeing the planning, development, and ongoing support of the company’s platforms and software solutions. The professional in this position will ensure clear communication and encourage a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role involves embedding strong security practices and maintaining high-quality standards in all outputs. She/he will work closely with business partners to keep the user experience central to all solutions. Additionally, the DevOps Lead will manage resources efficiently to deliver cost-effective results aligned with the organisation’s goals.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• 8+ years of engineering experience and very strong professional background in DevOps.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a lead technical role.
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience working with containers and orchestration tools in production environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale systems, including API gateways, high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Skilled in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
• Skillful of applying DevOps principles to cloud and on-premise environments, including workload migration.
• Familiar with observability tools and package/dependency management solutions.
• Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher) – both written and spoken.
