Where you Fit In:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tests to support the testing of software applications with focus in automation tests. We expect you to create, maintain, and execute automated tests using industry-standard tools and technologies. You shall collaborate within a cross-functional team to identify test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. You will execute automated tests (and some minor manual tests) and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. You will participate in all ceremonies and ensure that all tests are robust and maintainable. We expect you to continuously improve test coverage and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You shall stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of quality assurance and implement them as appropriate.

The impact you will have:

​The Automation Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the product quality during the development lifecycle. This includes attending meetings and taking minutes, receiving project documents, compiling knowledge bases, and keeping project deadlines with the desired quality for the project, which will include creating, executing, and enhancing automation test cases (and some minor manual tests).

What we’re looking for:

Proficient in creating and maintaining test scripts for back-end applications with the technology we use.

Highly skilled in identifying and documenting test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Extensive experience in executing tests, analysing results, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the quality of software products.

Deep understanding of APIs and how to test them in live projects with high demand for data.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ​

Hold a degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or relevant.

Proven experience in Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in problem-solving and a can-do attitude.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Linux systems and SQL.

Experience in Jira.

Bug Reporting.

Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance, and resilience.

Experience in Java or any other OOP languages.

Familiarity with the online gambling industry is desirable.

Experience in Back-end testing is desirable.
