Experienced JS Software Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• You will be part of a small team and work closely with your colleagues in Western Europe
• Develop features of the platform for which you are responsible
• Partner with product managers to identify actionable opportunities and design solutions that positively impact the customer experience
• Participate as a stakeholder in planning sprints, managing priorities, and in the day-to-day processes of your team

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of web development experience (rare exceptions for highly skilled candidates)
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js 
• 4+ years of experience in front-end web development 
• 4+ years of experience with SQL (relational) databases 
• Skilled at microservices and backend APIs for high traffic, modular web applications 

Nice to have

• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Sequelize or TypeORM 
• Experience with React.js 
• Experience with other web technologies as Ruby on Rails or Django 
• Knowledge of Big Data and platforms such as Hadoop and Spark 
• Experience with OLAP databases as Snowflake or Clickhouse
• Basic understanding of AI model usage, development, deployment, and support
