We Are Looking For

We are looking for a skilled Digital Product Owner (PO) to join our team in Bulgaria. The PO will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product features are delivered with quality, efficiency, and business value

Role Overview:

• Create and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring the team is working on the highest value features;
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and translate these into product requirements;
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process;
• From High Level requirements the PO will provide to the Jira/ User story level. The “how” we will do things. Collaboration with Product Manager, Architecture, Tech Leads, Dev team;
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and translate these into product requirements;
• Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner and participate in product sprints;
• Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria and overall quality standards. Taking work through Feature Approval Board, AI councils, PSA’s etc as required;
• Release readiness, ensure teams promote on time, creating release notes, roadmap management, escalations of blockers risks and dependencies, ensuring testing and prod validation is done, requirements sign off, demos.

We Want To Attract a Professional With:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in digital or SaaS environments. Strong background with Jira is essential;
• Experience with digital platforms would be a strong advantage;
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams;
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred);
