We have an opportunity for an Implementation Team Leader to join our team in Plovdiv. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver world-class project management and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Please Note: This is a parental leave contract
Key Responsibilities
Continually refining internal processes to deliver the most effective project implementations for clients and ensure team efficiency
Communicating, collaborating, facilitating, and influencing across various teams and departments to form partnerships and share best practice
Act as the point of contact for service escalations and decision-making both internally and externally
Setting basic expectations and best practice standards
Identifying areas for improvement
Mentor, develop, and manage the Implementation team to be trusted technical advisors to execute implementations and provide the best onboarding experiences
Recruiting, inducting, and leading team members
Planning regular training sessions, end-of-quarter reviews, and team celebrations
Planning and allocation of team resources based on availability and technical expertise
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A minimum of 3 years implementation or project management experience, of which at least 1 year as a Team Lead or Team Manager
Proven success in leading a team in a client-facing project management environment
Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues
A confident communicator with the ability to encourage and empower others
Strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Professional written and verbal English communication skills
