We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role plays a vital part in uncovering insights from large datasets that inform strategic decisions, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.

• Work closely with marketing teams to develop personalized targeting strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve ROI.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define success metrics, and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

You will need to have :

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Previous experience with reporting and data analysis.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and manipulation is advantage.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards and reports is a plus.

• Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts is an advantage

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
