 Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a technical support role or a similar one;
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and eagerness to work on AI-based projects;
• Previous experience in a software support position;
• Familiar with SaaS and experience using ticketing systems;
• Some knowledge of TypeScript/ JavaScript
• Some knowledge or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence or Machine learning;
• Fluent level of the GERMAN language – B2/C1 or higher;
• Very good level of English – B1+/B2;
• Ability to work on shifts.
