    The role offers a balance between business-as-usual (BAU) responsibilities and strategic project work. BAU efforts involve supporting existing platforms, handling third-line support, and delivering enhancements and fixes. Project work includes contributing to major technology initiatives—extending current systems, integrating new tools, and helping build out the firm’s long-term technology vision.
    This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy close collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership and who thrive in visible roles where they can influence technical direction and business outcomes.

    Requirements:

    A delivery-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value
    Solid programming expertise in C# and .NET
    Experience designing database schemas, writing performant queries, and tuning MS SQL Server
    Ability to align business needs with evolving architectural standards
    Enthusiastic about modern engineering practices such as pair programming, code reviews, and CI/CD
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle differing opinions constructively
    Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka and MongoDB is a plus
