We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Process Consultant to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of IT processes that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and alignment with business goals. In this role, you will collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements across systems, infrastructure, and service management domains.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current IT processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement standardized, scalable IT processes aligned with industry frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and Agile.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and map as-is and to-be processes.
Support the development and rollout of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, change, problem, and asset management.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to improve cross-functional workflows and service delivery.
Use process mapping and modeling tools to create clear documentation.
Define process KPIs and establish metrics for tracking performance and ensuring continuous improvement.
Contribute to the implementation of process automation and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc).
Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of new or updated processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT process consulting, IT service management, or business analysis.
Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, or DevOps frameworks and how they impact IT operations.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, HPSM, Jira Service Management, etc..
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
Consulting experience (internal or external).
