Our client is a division of the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Headquartered in Japan with major operations in Minneapolis, North America, the company is on a journey to enhance its traditional manufacturing expertise with modern IoT and software product development.

Project Description

The project centers on building and maintaining a customer-facing web portal for the Intelligent Equipment initiative, allowing remote monitoring, control, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment. The portal features responsive design for accessibility on various devices, and integrates with both the Salesforce CRM and client’s IoT platform, enabling seamless communication with physical controllers on HVAC systems. The role involves DevOps responsibilities within a multi-tenant, cloud-based infrastructure using Azure services and modern CI/CD practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain deployment scripts for newly implemented features;
• Support and manage multi-environment infrastructure in Azure;
• Collaborate with the Operations team and development teams to manage cross-application environments;
• Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot cross-application issues;
• Implement customer-driven change requests with close collaboration with client-side DevOps and engineering teams;
• Optimize and reduce costs of environments through efficient resource configuration;
• Use Azure-native tools to improve observability, deployment workflows, and security posture;

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and managing cloud applications (Azure);
• Hands-on experience with serverless infrastructure and Azure services (Function Apps, KeyVault, App Insights, AD, ApiM, etc.);
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, Azure Pipelines, and Bicep templates for infrastructure automation;
• Experience in supporting multi-tenant architecture environments;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve cross-application infrastructure issues;
• Comfortable using tools such as Postman for API testing and validation;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customer teams and developers;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Fast learner with adaptability to switch between tasks and a willingness to work with new tools and evolving processes;
