About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled JavaScript Developer with expertise in React&Angular to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, contributing to detailed technical design, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle—including design, development, testing, and documentation—with a strong emphasis on building scalable and flexible web interfaces. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of passionate and experienced engineers who are committed to innovation, quality, and collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop business functionalities with a focus on efficiency and user experience
• Review and analyze business requirements and provide a technical perspective on approach, risk, and estimated development time
• Produce quality code following best practices guidelines for development process, coding style, revision control, and security practices
• Identify improvement opportunities in the software, sync up with the team, and autonomously act to resolve them
• Confront and resolve non-trivial scalability and quality issues
• Consider multiple solutions to a problem and determine the one with the best cost/benefit ratio
• Mentor other developers and participate in code reviews
• Participate in Scrum Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement, and Retrospective Meetings

Role’s requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React and Angular
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), SASS/CSS, HTML and other front-end technologies
• Experience optimizing frontend performance for large user bases
• Experience with user interface design and development of a responsive user interface
• Experience with state management technologies such as: Redux, Flux, etc.
• Experience with Git and Git flow
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
