We are looking for talents, that will become part of this great team as a: Access rights management Expert.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing user accounts and access rights;
• Resolving incidents independently or in collaboration with other teams within the Bank;
• Performing regular checks to ensure access rights compliance with regulatory and legal requirements;
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures;
• Preparing audit reports;
•  Participating in projects aimed at process optimization;

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education in the field of: Information Technology; Cybersecurity; Computer Science.
• Internship or experience in IT support, system administration, or information security.

Key knowledge and skills:

• Best practices and standards related to access management.
• Managing user accounts, roles, and access rights in IAM systems.
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for access management.
• Basics of administering Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, or other directory services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Experience in preparing audit reports.

Advantages:
