Go Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Go Back-End Developer to join our device software development team. In this role, you will leverage Go and modern communication and cryptography technologies to deliver secure, connected medical devices to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a Go-based software solution to be the cornerstone for our devices to communicate with the cloud
• Target devices range from small, embedded devices to large robotic surgery devices
• Leverage messaging technologies such as HTTPS (REST) and MQTT to bridge the gap between medical devices and the cloud
• Design, develop and maintain modern CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Join our young and dynamic Go development community, contribute to coding guidelines and development standards
• Adhere to the high security and code quality standards required in the domain of medical software.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team in a diverse and agile environment.
Professional competencies
• Multiple years of professional Go programming experience
• Proven track record in agile software projects used in production
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software.
• Familiarity with concepts such as IoT, device twins, message-based communication
• Experience with embedded software development and/or software for medical devices is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and distributed event-driven architectures is advantageous
