Position Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Operations Analyst to join our infrastructure team at Codery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of both cloud and on-premises systems. From incident response to system monitoring and compliance, you’ll play a key role in keeping our IT operations running smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor critical systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Troubleshoot system errors, including CB/reference data issues, and oversee CN-hosted services
• Manage incidents and respond rapidly to infrastructure-related outages and disruptions
• Synchronize reference data and maintain validation pipelines across environments
• Support internal teams with VPN/database access and assist clients with configuration and troubleshooting
• Administer Azure, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring security and efficiency
• Enforce security protocols, manage user access, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR
• Conduct audits, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with DevOps on system security
• Manage software licensing and coordinate data migrations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT operations, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and server management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, and high-availability environments
• Ability to clearly document technical processes and work collaboratively across teams
