Role: Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: Office-based (no remote)

Type: Full-time

Environment: Agile. Dynamic. Demo-heavy.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Build at least 3 Power Apps end-to-end per quarter.

→ From ideation, through dev, to production — no hand-offs.

Work closely with users, demo your work, take feedback, iterate fast.

Maintain high-quality, well-documented, and clean apps.

Constantly innovate — find smarter, faster, better ways to build and deploy.

Integrate the latest tech where it makes sense: AI, connectors, automation, cloud solutions.

Own your time. Organize your work. No babysitting.

Prove you can deliver? Step up and lead others to do the same.

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need a team to be productive — you are the team.

Expert in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).

Curious and tech-savvy — always exploring what’s new and how to use it.

Comfortable working with APIs, Azure integrations, custom connectors.

Strong communicator — clear in demos, calm under pressure.

You thrive in an environment where change is constant and the bar is high.
