Our One-Month QA Mentorship Program is the perfect opportunity for aspiring QA specialists who have completed a course in Manual Testing.
The Program will begin with a selection test to identify the most promising candidates who will join our training program. During this one month, you will have the chance to learn from experienced mentors, gain practical insights, and build a strong foundation in QA.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates without hands-on experience to develop their skills and grow in a supportive environment.
At the end of the training, we will offer full-time office positions to the top performers.

What Are We Looking For?
Someone who has completed a course in manual testing.
Basic understanding of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English and strong teamwork skills.
What would be a bonus?
Experience creating test cases and doing end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with testing web and mobile apps.
Knowledge of product development and improvement practices.
Process:
Selection Test Invitation:
We will contact the shortlisted candidates via phone to inform them about the next steps.
In-Person Testing:
The selection test will take place at our office, giving you a chance to meet us in person and demonstrate your skills.
Feedback:
After the test, we will provide feedback to all participants, whether selected or not.
Mentorship program:
The program will last for 4 weeks. Participants will attend in-office training days to come to the office twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). On the remaining days, you will work on assigned tasks from home.
Final Evaluation:
At the end of the training, there will be a final test to determine the candidates who will be offered full-time positions.
