The Job 

We are looking for a talented and driven Scrum Master to join our fast-growing team in Sofia. As a Scrum Master, you need to be closely familiar with Agile Project Management and SDLC and will be expected to leverage that knowledge to develop sustainable solutions, develop your expertise, and grow together as a team.

Some of your key responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, counterparts and the team members
• Organize, promote and support Agile practices within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration for seamless project execution
• Keep track of the project’s progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying any potential roadblocks
• Be proactive in managing expectations regarding project delivery, timelines, and scope
• Drive improvements in our toolset, standards, and processes

We’re looking for a person with: 

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Agile software delivery models, like Scrum and Kanban.
• Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders is a must.
• Ambition and eagerness to learn and reach new levels of technical and personal mastery. Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and tackle unexpected challenges.
• Intolerance of mediocrity, enthusiasm, and drive to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Self-discipline and precision in organizing and focusing your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities, manage, and keep deadlines.
• Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. “Ego” is a hated word.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
