POS Implementation Consultant

Manpower is looking for a skilled professional on behalf of one of our trusted partners—a leading software company specializing in retail and business software solutions. The company is a market leader in Bulgaria, focusing on the design, development, and distribution of advanced software systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Deploy, configure, and support the POS Master software solution for retail businesses;

– Assess client requirements and adapt the software for seamless integration with business operations;

– Leаd software implementation processes, provide user training, and ensure a smooth transition for customers;

– Offer expert consultation and resolve issues related to software functionality and performance;

– Identify and troubleshoot software-related and hardware integration challenges;

– Conduct thorough system and user testing to maintain high standards of functionality and reliability;

– Research and define specifications for new software features and enhancements;

– Install and set up POS hardware components and peripheral devices.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Educational background in Information Technology or equivalent experience;

– Proficiency in installing and managing MS Windows and MS Windows Server systems;

– Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL and similar technologies);

– Solid understanding of network communication protocols;

– Hands-on expertise with specialized hardware components;

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach;

– Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting;

– Capability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;

– Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability;

– Fluency in English.
