IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software projects from planning to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Oversee and coordinate a talented Sofia-based development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for US stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and project alignment.
• Implement and drive agile methodologies, managing sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, resources, and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilize your technical background to troubleshoot issues and ensure best practices are followed.

Your Background:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination within a software development environment.
• Proven track record of working with US clients and managing distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Understanding of software development processes and architecture (technical certifications are a plus).
• Experience in financial or fintech projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with compliance protocols (data protection, financial regulations) is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills for direct collaboration with US stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities with a strong problem-solving and organizational mindset.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant project management certifications will be considered a plus.
