About the Role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career in IT within a dynamic and forward-thinking company? Manpower Bulgaria is on a mission to transform our Information Systems (IS) landscape, and we’re seeking a highly motivated Cloud Solutions Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure & D365 Administration: Support and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Azure Subscription Management: Oversee usage, security (NSG, Firewalls, inbound/outbound rules), cost control, and virtual machine performance.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system stability, monitor performance, and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Configuration & Implementation: Assist in the setup and configuration of Azure services and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell and Azure CLI to automate operations and maintain consistency across environments.
• Integration & Migration: Support data migration, integration projects, and system refresh processes.
• Technical Support & Documentation: Provide training to internal IT teams and document technical procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure infrastructure management.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Azure services and Dynamics 365 applications (including certificates, App registration, LCS management).
• Experience with Azure Portal, DevOps, NinjaOne, LogicApps, PowerApps / PowerPlatform, and Dual Write Integration.
• Understanding of cloud security principles, data migration, and integration processes.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MB-900, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Azure) are a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
