Our Client

Our client is an IT consulting company that helps established organizations choose the right software solution for them and implement it as quickly, efficiently and smoothly as possible. In the past 15+ years they have successfully completed hundreds of business software implementation projects such as Business Intelligence systems, ERP, Financial Management Software (FPM), Financial Disclosure solutions and XBRL.

For their growing team, they are looking to attract an experienced: Project Manager – Business Systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP & BI projects from kick-off through implementation to formal closure, ensuring project teams deliver within scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Manage several IT projects in parallel (multi-project management).
• Define and improve processes within key stakeholders, aligning with continuous improvement.
• Tailor best project management approaches, practices, and techniques to specific projects.
• Control project work to achieve agreed milestones, proactively monitoring and reporting on the execution of deliverables.
• Communicate with involved parties and provide feedback on project progress and problem resolution.
• Support PMO’s overall governance, including defining new processes and improving existing processes.

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration, management, computer science, or information systems;
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management;
• Knowledge of IT projects, services, and software delivery processes;
• Experience leading projects in accordance with PMP methodology and frameworks;
• Understanding of Traditional and Agile project management methodologies;
• Hands-on experience in managing a team of 3 to 5 employees;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio);
• Ability to work closely with different business functions and understand their priorities;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Time-management and people-management skills;
• English language fluency;
