We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer to guide and shape the development of our cutting-edge live casino games, working at the forefront of game creation. You will play a pivotal role in defining technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring that our games achieve the highest standards in performance and scalability. You will be involved in various stages of game development—from concept to finished product—including architecture, design, programming, testing, and production.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to solve complex problems with the latest technologies, focusing on creating low-latency, high-performance live casino games where optimization is not just important but critical.

• Lead and take ownership of the software development life cycle across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Drive architecture decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on technical and product goals.
• Work in a Unix environment, handling performance bottlenecks and providing high-quality solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues and bugs across the system.
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code, while continuously improving our processes and standards.

The Skills That Will Grab Our Attention:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Lead Software Engineer, with proficiency in Typescript and Node.js.
• Expertise in Docker, message brokers, microservice architecture, and SQL databases.
• Strong experience in object-oriented design, programming, and understanding of various Design Patterns.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with performance tuning, distributed systems, and delivering high-availability, low-latency applications.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-team initiatives, fostering collaboration across multiple departments to achieve technical and product goals
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality software that meets industry standards.

Skills Considered As An Advantage:

• Experience with game development and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of REST principles and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Helm, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical direction at a strategic level.
