    For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Care Expert for an Advanced Personal Device with Hungarian and English.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support customers by resolving personal device issues efficiently;
    • Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring swift solutions;
    • Identify and address device-related problems to improve user satisfaction;
    • Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups;
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively;
    • Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Hungarian with excellent English communication skills;
    • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage;
    • Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset;
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts during the day;
    • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and troubleshoot devices;
    • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and initiative.
