    KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

    As a Senior ServiceNow Application Support Engineer with German language skills, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge enterprise solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform and delivering exceptional support to our clients.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow applications, managing complex incidents (end to end)
    • Lead and mentor junior application support specialists, providing guidance on troubleshooting and best practices
    • Identify opportunities to improve application support processes
    • Collaborate with key internal teams, developers, and business stakeholders to align system functionality with business needs and ensure the highest level of service delivery
    • Ensure smooth implementation of changes to the system in compliance with internal change management processes and mitigating risks
    • Involve in project-based work for upgrades, enhancements, or implementing new modules on the ServiceNow platform
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, developers, and other third parties for escalated issues or larger system changes
    • Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal knowledge base updates, contributing to the continuous development of the team

    What you bring in:

    • Significant experience (2+ years) in ServiceNow
    • Expertise in ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM and Applications) and integrations
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the different ServiceNow modules
    • Experience in managing system upgrades, and configuration changes
    • А strong focus on improving operational efficiency, streamlining support processes, and implementing best practices
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
    • A highly customer-oriented approach, with the ability to proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders
    • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
    • Excellent command of German language (spoken and written)

    Additional Advantages:

    • Proficiency in JavaScript, scripting could be an advantage
    • Experience with MS Azure DevOps and managing agile processes
    • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident, problem, and change management frameworks
