Business Expert with German (Loan and Restructuring Solutions) (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Expert with German in our Loan and Restructuring Solutions team.

Your tasks:

• Developing a deep understanding of risk related to sales and backoffice processes for current accounts, credit cards and loans, as well as deep understanding of German Banking Law and Credit Processes.
• Building knowledge for the current as-is solution and process flows (main parts based on SAP, communication to Schufa).
• Designing, analysing and defining functional and technical changes based on new business requirements in collaboration with related technical experts.
• Diagnosing, analysing, and solving issue occurring on the PROD or Test system.
• Transforming of business process requirements into functional IT design and functional test concepts (i. e. h. as a “translator” between credit specialists and IT development/test team.
• Gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Working in an agile environment to deliver high quality software solutions.

Your profile:

• Have combination of strong IT affinity and business analysis skill;
• Business expertise in the banking industry, especially standard credit products and processes;
• (Technical) Business analysis;
• Test design and execution skills;
• Agile Software Development / Scrum / Kanban;
• Combination of strong IT affinity and business analysis skills;
• Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Proactively supporting projects and driving tasks to deliver results;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, good understanding German is mandatory.
