Our client is a leading group of companies in the Southeastern European food processing industry, uniting top-tier brands, products, and services under one roof—offering exceptional value for money. Their portfolio features over 200 food products, produced under both proprietary and private labels, across 9 manufacturing facilities.

Due to continued growth, the company is now looking to expand its team with an experienced and motivated IT professional for the position of: IT MANAGER

Some of the duties:

As IT Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation and continuous development of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, including local networks, data exchange, and data flow between production facilities and the central office. You will lead a team of several IT professionals and actively contribute to strategic decisions related to digital transformation and ERP implementation.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or a related Economic field;
• 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role (e.g., IT Manager, Technical Manager, IT Department Lead);
• Solid experience with business software, ERP systems, and IT project management;
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, system administration, and databases (Oracle is a plus);
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (C# .NET or Java);
• Good knowledge of MS Windows/Linux servers and VMware platforms;
• Very good command of English (B2/C1 level);
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

*Valid B category driving license
