Junior AI & Automation Developer

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated person to join our Data Automation team as Junior AI & Automation Developer.

Your daily life:

• Participate and lead knowledge improvement opportunities
• Triage and resolve complex and systemic issues reported on existing production systems
• Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
• Participate in high-level design of highly complicated tasks
• Ability to develop complex features with guidance and help from Senior Developers in the team
• Engage in troubleshooting/debugging tasks, when necessity arises
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• 1-3+ years (not deterministic) of software design & development using Python and SQL
• Knowledge of data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Knowledge of how to work with APIs
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with LLM and ability to utilize different reasoning models via prompt engineering will be considered an advantage
• Experience with classification, categorization and similarity search will be considered an advantage
• Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Langchain or another ML Framework will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience working in source control, such as Git or Subversion
• Clear understanding of Functional and Object-oriented programming
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work unattended, as a highly proactive self-starter.
