Experienced Java Developer (Senior Level)

What you will do

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle from design and architecture to implementation and support
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in a collaborative team environment
• Work closely with senior engineers and tech leads on core system components
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Stay current with technology trends and help implement best practices and process improvements

What we are looking for

• Five or more years of experience in enterprise-level Java development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and design principles
• Proficiency with Oracle databases and Hibernate ORM
• Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and collaborative coding workflows
• Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of message-driven architecture and concurrent programming
• Experience with Test Driven Development and CI/CD tools
• Background in the financial services sector
• Prior experience in leading technical projects or mentoring developers
