    A job that matters: Your Tasks

     

    As IT Application Coordinator you are responsible to collaborate with the Business Organization to align on business requirements for workflow applications / Intranet Solutions & others. Main task is the coordination of business requirements with the business and the external suppliers. Position will ensure the right level of standardization, harmonization and integration across the group. This is especially relevant for different value streams and in addition to all related business processes.

    • Coordinating Application Requests between Business & Suppliers.
    • Ensure that the business application architecture from a global perspective achieves the best possible solution for dormakaba which results in a minimum of systems and a maximum of efficiency (analysis, conceptual design, valuation of solution alternatives, functional testing).
    • Close alignment with Business Organization, especially for assessing, evaluating and consulting IT and process innovations.
    • Drive global standardization to achieve simplicity, efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in the value streams of the responsible area.
    • Keep the Template Governance by active alignment and collaboration with Business stakeholders. Enable all entities and employees to conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the group’s code of conduct.
    • Align and organize support within Global Service Delivery Organization and its external suppliers.

     

    Experience that matters: Your Skills

     

    • 4+ years of experience in IT Application Coordination рole or similar.
    • Experience in Template Build and Governance.
    • K2/Nintex Knowledge.
    • Social Intranet Knowledge.
    • Project Management skills, especially in Global Environments.
    • International experience (Group / Regional function).
