About the Role

We’re partnering with one of our most trusted clients – a fast-growing company in the online gaming industry – to find a talented Art Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to take creative ownership of casino games, lead a passionate art team, and help shape products that engage players worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Lead and inspire the artistic team in the development of engaging casino games.
• Provide clear feedback and mentorship to 2D artists, animators, and designers.
• Set high expectations and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with producers, leads, and other departments to ensure alignment.

Creative Execution

• Ensure produced assets match the artistic vision and meet quality standards.
• Design character concepts, environments, game objects, and UI/UX interfaces.
• Oversee creation and integration of assets within technical and stylistic guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, methods, and pipelines.

Project Involvement

• Work closely with production to ensure schedules and planning meet project needs.
• Maintain effective information flow within the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve creative or technical challenges.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Leadership

• 6+ years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.

Technical & Artistic Skills

• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong digital painting skills with a graphic tablet.
• Solid grasp of classical drawing, painting techniques, composition, and typography.
• Expertise in game art creation (backgrounds, characters, UI, etc.).

Mindset & Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
• Passion for delivering high-quality visual experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
