Currently we are looking for Head of Information and Cyber Security Department

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with the other departments in the bank regarding all issues and tasks related to the Information and Cyber security;
• Participates in Information and Cyber security initiatives and projects on internal and the ProCredit Group level;
• Organizes the monitoring and implements the respective Information and Cyber security controls in all bank’s processes;
• Organizes security awareness trainings and drills for bank’s employees;
• Ensures compliance with group requirements and national legislation and regulations on information security;
• Participates in the risk evaluation of new projects (NRA – New Risk Assessment), as well as in the upcoming changes in the information systems related to IT/ Cyber Security;
• Continuous review of implemented security measures, recommends enhancements and identifies areas of weakness;
• Oversee risk management, security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Assesses, brings together, develops and motivates the team;
• Provides the necessary reports and statistics regarding the department’s activities to the management of the bank.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or similar;
• With at least 5 years of management experience related to the Information and IT/ Cyber security;
• Strong expertise in leading multi-cross team collaboration;
• People-oriented leader with flexible mindset;
• Fluency in English;
• Aspirations to high professional competencies.
