Data Scientist (Junior/Mid-Level)

🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Data Scientist with a consulting mindset – someone who enjoys working with both people and data. You’ll take part in projects focused on solving concrete client problems through analysis, modeling, and interpretation.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Analyze real client datasets and model business processes
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Build models and perform data analysis in Python (Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Work on projects typically hosted in Azure, using git for version control
• Participate in client meetings and present your findings in a clear and structured way Design and implement machine learning models for real-world problems
• Work on application-level integration of AI components – from prototypes to production
• Maintain and evolve codebases related to data processing, modeling, and deployment
• Deploy models and services to cloud environments (e.g. Azure)
• Collaborate with other developers, data scientists, and domain experts in end-to-end solution design

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Solid academic or practical background in statistics, data science, or machine learning
• Strong command of Python and data science libraries
• Ability to think critically and explain complex ideas clearly
• Curiosity, independence, and a desire to learn and grow
• Experience with git and Azure is a plus, but not mandatory Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and AI architectures
