Key Responsibilities:
Incident & Event Management.
Monitor network infrastructure using advanced tools to detect and manage events.
Troubleshoot network incidents across various technologies until resolution within SLA timelines.
Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors when necessary, ensuring clear communication with customers.
Experience in generating reports and data analysis.
Requirements:
Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in network operations, with exposure to technologies like OTN, SDH, Ethernet, MPLS, or IP.
Experience in a 24/7 network environment.
Familiarity with multi-vendor platforms such as Juniper, Nokia, and Cisco (CCNP, MEF CECP, and JNCIA certifications are a plus).
SD-WAN knowledge is an advantage.
