OPERATIONS ENGINEER / NOC ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident & Event Management.
• Monitor network infrastructure using advanced tools to detect and manage events.
• Troubleshoot network incidents across various technologies until resolution within SLA timelines.
• Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors when necessary, ensuring clear communication with customers.
• Experience in generating reports and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in network operations, with exposure to technologies like OTN, SDH, Ethernet, MPLS, or IP.
• Experience in a 24/7 network environment.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor platforms such as Juniper, Nokia, and Cisco (CCNP, MEF CECP, and JNCIA certifications are a plus).
• SD-WAN knowledge is an advantage.
