Full Stack Engineer (React & Node.js)

About the Role

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join the team of one of our trusted partners – a growing tech-driven company with a focus on innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless system functionality
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
