Senior Database Administrator

About us:

As a recent addition to the ODDS Group, our software company ODDS Tech is focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.

Currently, we are in the process of building our technical team and are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to be a part of our journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage MS SQL/Postgres databases;
• Write complex SQL / T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting;
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance enhancements;
• Implement and maintain data security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
• Identify stored procedures and views that require optimization;
• Participate in the design and development of new features.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an SQL Server DBA or similar role with expertise in SQL databases;
• Experience with medium or larger-sized databases (at least in the order of 100s of GBs);
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization;
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL / T-SQL queries and stored procedures;
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
• Work ethics and team play.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NoSQL would be considered a plus.
