Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in implementing standard Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) functionalities to enhance our business processes and drive growth. Your expertise will help us optimize our CRM system and ensure seamless integration with our marketing automation tool, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Job Description

You will be part of a newly created Salesforce team, working alongside another new Salesforce professional and other professionals working in the Datalake team. Together, you will collaborate on developing and executing a roadmap for future implementations, ensuring our systems evolve to meet the growing needs of our business, and one way of working within the entire organisation. Our company has offices in different European countries. You will be working with international colleagues. Your base location will be in Bulgaria (Plovdiv). Traveling to other countries is not a structural part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce and Marketing Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (based in Bulgaria and the Netherlands) to gather and analyse requirements;
• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards;
• Document developed solutions;
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits;
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features and best practices;
• Work on a roadmap for future implementations and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices;
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce and Marketing Cloud functionalities’
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good in English communication (written and spoken);
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Associate) and knowledge of Salesforce APEX are a plus.
