B2B Technical Consultant with German

As a Tech Consultant, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to German-speaking business clients via the ticketing system and other channels. You will address and resolve hardware issues, analyze system logs, troubleshoot Microsoft Office or connection problems, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good working level of English
• Experience in technical support or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
