    NTT Data Business Solutions is an IT services and solutions provider, primary engaged with implementation and iaintenance of SAP and other business information systems, IT Infrastructure services, Information Security solutions, Business development and Project Management. We are working on projects around the world: almost all countries in Europe, Middle East, USA and Africa. We are a strategic partner of the biggest SAP Services providers where we are delivering Implementation and Support services. NTT Data Business Solutions is a part of NTT Data Business Solutions Germany.

    We are looking for a skilled Illustrator (Web Design System) to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality icons and illustrations by following the SAP Design System’s Design Language. Your expertise in various aspects of design language will be essential in creating a unified and scalable design system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a consistent and high-quality look and feel by strictly following the SAP Design Language.
    • Work closely with other designers to ensure the integration of the SAP Web Design System into the product development lifecycle.
    • Present ideas in a clear and compelling way across continents and cultures.
    • Proactively identify and address visual design inconsistencies.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of professional experience leading visual design projects, ideally in a global environment.
    • A stunning design portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design solutions.
    • A good understanding of design token architecture (a plus).
    • Possess a proven track record in designing elements of a design language, such as colour, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing, and layout.
    • Demonstrate visually compelling, innovative, and effective designs.
    • Deep expertise and hands-on experience in creating cohesive sets of icons and illustrations.
    • Create high-quality illustrations and icon assets from scratch while following a predefined visual style.
    • Understand font creation, including icon fonts.
    • Design and adjust grids to ensure cohesive sets of icons and illustrations.
    • Adapt icons and illustrations to different levels of detail across various scaling factors.
    • Proven track record of developing scalable designs across platforms and form factors.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.
    • Structured and independent working style with a passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON.
    • A very good command of written and spoken English is a must.
