UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for a variety of digital products in the Fintech industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & Prototyping: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively
• User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize these insights to inform design decisions and ensure the final product meets user expectations
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints
• User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• UI Implementation: Develop and implement cohesive UI components, ensuring consistency across the product. Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure the design vision is accurately realized
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency in design elements and interactions across different platforms and devices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A genuine passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience
