    In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for a Project Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle highly sensitive information according to internal procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times;

    • Acting as a point of contact;

    • Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and conference calls;

    • Taking minutes during meetings;

    • Collaborate with other departments to understand product strategy and business requirements that need to be met;

    • Assist in managing the whole release cycle (planning, scheduling, testing and deploying);

    • Assist in effectively communicating with the Development Teams so they are informed of ongoing projects;

    • Participating in onboarding processes of new team members;

    • Address other needs as they arise in connection to the project/program portfolio, under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager;

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a similar role – project coordinator/project manager assistant/ project manager;

    • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques;

    • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

    • Administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task;

    • An attention to detail and good keeping of records;

    • Strong written & verbal communication skills;

    • Possess organizational, planning, and coordination skills;

    • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team;

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues, and having determination to follow things through;

    • Bachelor’s in degree Project Management, European Science, Business Administration, or a related course of study (or in the final years of obtaining one);

    • A natural aptitude to learn new technologies and develop skills;

    • Very good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

    • Advanced English is a must;

    • Level of written and verbal communication and presentation skills – both in English and Bulgarian;
