Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including cards, bank transfers, payment processing, and cryptocurrency.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of analytics and user research.
• Passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact in the fintech space.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core financial product offerings, including cards, bank transfers, payments, and cryptocurrency integrations
• Conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the fintech industry, identifying emerging trends and technologies.

Bonus points for experience with:

• Mobile payments and digital wallets.
• Card issuing and acquiring
• Open Banking
• API integrations
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
