In connection with expanding the teams of our partners, we are looking for a Lead Java Software Developer!

Responsibilities:

– Lead the design, development, and implementation of the core company’s system.

– Manage and guide a team of software developers, fostering teamwork and an innovative work environment.

– Collaborate with other teams, including product managers, architects, and quality assurance specialists, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

– Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of the core company’s system.

– Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement best practices for software development.

– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

– Actively participate in strategic planning for the architecture of new and existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and long-term maintenance.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in Java Software Development

– Previous experience in a Leadership role

– Experience with Spring Boot and PL/SQL

– Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices

– Good command of English

A plus:
– Experience with Front End technologies (React)
