OUR CLIENT

Our client is an international consultancy company delivering business software projects to local and multi-country organizations. They are a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner in Europe, part of the Inner Circle – the highest recognition given to only 60 out of more than 10 000 Microsoft Dynamics Partners worldwide. They have delivered more than 550 successful software implementation projects in 55 countries worldwide.

We are now looking for an experienced professional with knowledge in the retail sector to join their team in Sofia as an ERP Consultant (Retail).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
• Design customer-specific business management software solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) system.
• Test and document the designed solution.
• Participate and assist in customer‘s key users’ training, acceptance tests, and go-live support.
• Maintain and support the implemented solution.

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, accounting, finances or related field.
• Experience as a consultant or end-user of business management software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV but is not a must. ​​​​​
• Proficiency in the setup and integration of retail-specific hardware such as POS systems, fiscal devices, e-scales, barcode scanners, etc.
• Previous ERP implementation and consulting experience would be a significant advantage.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
• Defined customer orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
