Our Client

Our customer is one of the leading media and telecommunications services providers in Central and Eastern Europe with over 14,000 employees across eight countries. In Bulgaria, they have been present for more than 30 years, and are recognized as pioneers in the field of mobile and fixed voice services, optic internet, and also through hosting some of the most recognizable satellite and interactive television providers. To strengthen their international Digital Experience team and participate in the design and the continuous improvement of their digital assets on a group level we are looking for a: Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate throughout the design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and developer hand-off.
• Partner with product owners to align business goals with user needs, delivering intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Deliver seamless and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints.
• Analyze user behaviors with conversion specialists to inform design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and contribute to maintaining the design system.
• Mentor teammates on design best practices while fostering collaboration in a corporate setting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital UX/UI design.
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design solutions, ideally including e-commerce websites and/or mobile application projects.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics.
• Strong eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• English language fluency (both written and verbal).
