Scrum Master with German

Dataciders Catenate Bulgaria  is looking for talented and highly motivated Scrum Master with German to join the team. We work on a variety of challenging projects and currently, we offer the opportunity to have an impact and contribute to your favourite worldwide brands in the automotive industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Project management and delivering a number of key profile projects
• Project plan creation
• Leading and coordinating a technical team
• Manage project resource allocation
• Following Scrum Agile Methodologies
• Regular reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT field, Business Administration or similar
• At least 3 years of experience delivering IT or technical solutions (ideally in a service-based environment)
• 2+ Years of Project Management Experience
• Experience of full project life cycle delivery in software development
• Fluent German and English
• A proactive player with excellent communication skills both to developers and Senior Management
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to influence and lead
• High level of adaptability
• Ability to travel to EU countries
